1998 kawasaki kx80 suspension

Hi, my 1998 kawasaki forks are loose i can almost bottom them out from landing a 3 foot jump. any suggestions what to do. also the stantions drop another at least 8 inches when the front wheel gets off the ground and i dont know why they are doing this help please!!

Given how poorly this thread post is worded and explained I'm guessing you'll get very little for replies. Best guess is take it to a local suspension shop for service or grab the manual and start rebuilding the suspension.
