1st Bike which to chose?

Hi, I am a 13 year old boy and I'm looking to buy a dirtbike. Before I buy one I'd like to figure out some things and have some questions answered.

First off, would a 2000 Honda CR 80 Expert be a good bike, I think its about a 34 inch seat height and I wondered if thats to big. Would 900 dollars be a good price used?

Second, Would a 2003 Honda XR 80 be a good starter bike? And is 1000 dollars a good price used?

Thrid, Is Marshin Dirt Bikes a good brand or is it a company to stay away from?

Would a Yamaha 125 be too big also? I know Yamaha runs slightly smaller.

What other bikes would you suggest for me and would either of these bikes be too big? My Dad and I decided that a 125 would be too big as I couldn't hold it straigt up very good and we decided I wouldn't be able to mount it very easily and still hold it up.

What kind of riding will you be doing?

Mostly trail riding, some track riding also but no racing/competition, I've been looking at trail bikes and Motocross bikes. Does it matter which kind I get? Thanks
