2 stroke oil fully or semi synthetic

What are the differences between a semi & a fully synthetic 2 stroke oil. Is the fully synthetic worth the extra dosh.... Here in the uk, the bike oil market is pretty much dominated by sikolene & putoline which is the better oil............

I have been using Bel Ray H1R and love it. Lots of protection and clean burning.

No , it doesn't matter.
