2 stroke oil

I have a ' 97 KDX200 and used to race with castrol tts 2 stroke oil or belray, mixing it at about 33:1. I now have new Synthetic AMSOIL series 2000 2-cycle racing oil and on the label itsays to mix it at 50:1. Do anyone race with this oil or can u help me on what ratio to mix the oil?

I use that Amsoil and at 40:1 just for my peace of mind. Amsoil always claims it produces most horsepower at 50:1.
