2000 honda xr100 idle issue

So it starts on choke....let it warm up..switch to normal from choke...goes to the moon on idle...no throttle.....no luck with adjustment screw ...so what is going on?? I NEED HELP

I'd be checking for an air leak.

Ha I just looked at my air box...hmm no filter...doh
