2000 yzf 426 fork oil

Hi. I need some help with the fork oil level. How much oil do you put in and what weight? Also how do you measure the oil in the actual forks? any help would be greatyl appreciated

I would use a good quality 5W.
Set the level to 100mm measured fron the top of the fork tube with the spring out , damper assembly colapsed and properly bleed of air .

actually 1 more question. when you say measure from the top of the fork, do you mean the inner/bottom or with inner and outer assembled?
