2001 520 Sx

According to my parts book, the SX and EXC/MXC share the same lighting coil. Is this possible? I am looking to put lights on my 520 SX, what would be the least expensive way to put lights on ? Will I have to buy the EXC wiring harness? What about flywheel, that has be be different, right? Maybe it's just me but the parts manual is a little confusing. Any direction or help would be appreciated. :D

knob - Unless you really have a lighting coil just use a battery system. I've got some details if you need them. If you plan on keeping the bike, then by all means get a lighting coil.

the 520SX/EXC/MXC all have the same stator/flywheel with the 110w coil. simply purchase the head/tail light from the exc and plug everything in...........enjoy
