I have a new (to me ) 2001 YZ 250. I race B-class Enduro and HS in MN. I am 6'3" 195 pds w/o gear. Any suggestions for a suspension set-up.

I have not rode the bike yet, but want to get it ready when the snow melts. Not sure if I need a re-valve or not (I assume so...), but I had my last bike (99 KTM) done and it did wonders.

Thanks!

U need a revalve because these things are pretty harsh for offroad work. Stiffer springs will also help hold the bike up in the plusher part of the stroke .

You don't need stiffer fork springs for HS/Enduro. You might consider a 5.0 kg shock spring. You will want a revalve though eventually.
