hello people i currently own a 99 250exc and i am thinking about buying a 2002 has anyone heard of any complaints on the new ones?

Awesome bike! Get it! I had an 01 400EXC, 01 250 EXC and 02 400EXC and I liked the 01 250EXC the best. Great power, easy to jet and nice light weight. My buddy also has an 01 250 and rented an 02 for the 6 days and he said the 02 made a lot more power than the 01 did.

I still have my 99 300, I bought an 02 300 and I love it great suspension, super motor, lots of refinments. the new ones take
different jetting. if you get one and need some help sorting out
the jetting. get in touch, carb is a little different. get one youll love it

I got a leftover 01 250 exc in Nov and I love it. I don't see how you could go wrong.

2000, 380 EXC here its great got the #7 slide and the gnarly, FMF pipe with FMF spark arrestor...alot of power ;)

I've got a 02' EXC 250, bought it about three months ago. Loads of power, good suspension, no problems thus far. :D

I also vote YES!!!! on getting the '02 250EXC. I got one this year, it's the best bike I've had!
