I bought a used bike and went to bleed the air from the forks. The left bleeder screw is under the handlebar. The only way to bleed the air is to remove the handlebar. I loosened up the left side clamps and tried to rotate it w/ no luck. How do I rotate the fork tube so I can bleed my forks easily.

Undo the top and bottom clamp bolts. You may need to insert a large flat blade screwdriver into the gap on the lower clamp. Give the screw driver a little twist and then try to turn the forks. Be sure not to tighten the lower clamp bolts too tight as it can cause the forks to bind. It's usually best to bleed air from forks with bike on stand and wheel of ground.
