2003 RM 250 fork oil level?

Hello, I just bought a 2003 RM 250 and I need to rebuild the forks. I have a 2004 rm 250 manual witch only shows Showa forks not Kayaba, the 2003 RM 250’s come with Kayaba forks. I need to know what the stock oil level should be for these bikes, anyone know? Thanks.

03 manual says:
Suzuki fork oil L01 (5w)
capacity: 19.60 US oz...20.42 Imp oz
oil level: 130mm (5.12 in)

Measure from top of tube, with fork collapsed and spring out. Pump out all air bubbles before final reading.
