2003 Rm 250

I'm looking at buying a 2003 RM 250 anyone have anything good or bad to say
about them. anything need to be fixed?

I have had mine since March and never a minutes problem. Great bike, no complaints. I have added an FMF Fatty pipe and silencer, V-Force Reeds, SDG Tall Seat, Fastway LowBoy Pegs and TAG upper mounts and bars.

Ive had mine for about 6 weeks and its the fastest best handling bike I have ridden and I rode all the 03 250's besides the KTM and the my RM also pulls 450's like they are play bikes!

Our modded RM250, has NO problem competing for and snagging holeshots. This is at the pro level, against all other makes. I will be the first to say though, this is as big a test to the riders skills, as to the bikes output.

I've had my 03 RM twofiddy for 7 months the only problem I had at first, it was fouling plugs. But I changed my jetting and no more problems. Oh yeah one more problem THE BIKE FREAKY FAST! I love my RM. Buy it you'll love yours to.

Have any of ya'll gone to suzuki from honda? I am just ready for a change. I ride hs and enduro(woods) in Texas and La.. Think the bike will work for that?

Yes, I have.I still have both bikes,which are a 2002 Cr250 and 2003 RM250.I much prefer the RM over the CR.But thats my 2 cents.I've let other friends try out my RM and they were very impressed with the bike and like how it handle.Because of suzuki's have a bad rap in the past,to me have great bikes now.If you get a chance to ride one do it,and you'll understand. :p

I would love to hear more about this. I'm considering going from a 2003 CR250 to a 2004 RM250. For MX only, vet intermediate, what are your opinions? Do the Suzuki's really turn and jump that much better (like all the magazines say)? Any reliability reports from others who haven't commented yet?

Anyone have any laptime comparisons?

ive gone the 125 route, had a 02cr125 then a 03 KX125, now a 04 rm125 , i feel the rm has more potential than the others and its better out the create than the cr, the kx engine is better but not the rest of the package.No reliabilty problems but i havnt ridden it much(about 4 rides so far)

bought mine yesterday actually. it's the first 250 that i have rode, it's scary but fun stomach in your throat kinda fun....

i have a 2004 RM250 (had it for a couple of months) and i absolutely love it.. not a days trouble with it.. i went riding today in -15 degree weather and it ran like a champ.. go here for some pictures of me riding it
