2004 Kawasaki KX250F Suspension Settings

I am looking for baseline settings to suit an expert grade rider weighing about 170lbs ? That's assuming the bike is out in the US yet ?

Make sure you give the suspension at least 10 hours to bed in before making extensive changes.What dont you like on the present setup?
