2007 yz 250 suspension settings for enduros

i ride a yz 250 2007 model in enduros and found it hard to get a good set up for both front and rear suspension,i have a rear 5.4 spring fitted for my 93 kilo dry weight and run race sag at 100mm i have changed my main fork oil to 330cc and could do with some good settings . thanks philip coley

I posted a similiar questioin about my 05 yz and the post was moved to the 2stroke forum. Both out questions about trying to get the new KYB yami forks to work our suspension questiong and will most likely be over looked in the 2smoke forum. good luck....
