The year 2023 was a big one for the Kawasaki KX250. In the engine department, Kawasaki relied on an all-new cylinder head, exhaust header, and intake boot with revised fuel-injector placement. A Dunlop Geomax MX33 rear tire in 110/90-19 sizing replaced the 100/90-19 found on 2022 and earlier models. Kawasaki engineers also updated the transmission gear ratios, incorporating taller first and second gears. Even the suspension settings were revised for more comfort and compliance.
