3005 RmZ 250 Fork seal leak

Hey guys..just wondering if anyone knows of a link or might provide me with a step by step procedure to replacing my fork seals...i was out riding pretty aggresive last weekend and when i got home i noticed my brake side fork leaking,i fell a few times in soft sand so i realize i might have gotten some dirt or tiny rocks in there,id much rather just replace both seals than use the old film trick. So any help anyone can give me would be great.thanks in advance

I think the problem is none of us have ever actually seen a "3005 RmZ 250".

We're not quite sure what sort of seal technology is going to be in use it 1000 years.
