ATF seems to work great. I have used cheap type F from Pep Boys or Wallyworld at $1 a bottle with good results. Now I am using Amsoil 10wt Powershift fluid and it even better! I had problems with clutch drag using the Golden Spectro 80wt.

By the way where do you ride?

I like Mobil 1 15W50, change between 50 and 100 trail miles.

TexKDX and I run the same Mobil 1 15W-50 changed every 2 rides, or after every race.

I tend to avoid Emma Long these days, I am a AMSA member and lease member on 1000 ac. AMSA Cycle Park. I'll start spending more time at E.L. after I get my trials bike though.
