360/380 suspension question

My 98 380 SX rear shock is way to soft for my 260 lbs.I'd guess i need to have it revalved????(Any recommendations)? Question will the 96 360 Ohlins rear work on the 98' 380???I saw one on Ebay.Was Ohlins the factory rear in 96?? I saw a revalve on the net for $130 plus seals.Sound about right??Any companies you recommend??Scott

No your bike has PDS rear suspension design (linkless) and the bikes up to that point had linkage. At 260 you for sure need both ends worked over, and the only place I will ever let touch my stuff is MX-Tech. Jeremy is a wizard, I promise you will not be disappointed!
