i have a 01 yz426 and i want to know if the aftermarket bigbore newer 450 cykinder can work on my 426, after looking at my yfz450 cylinder and the 426 they look the same like it should bolt on if not what would i have to do i would like to do this with a 500 cylinder kit from trinity then drop in a stroker kit.

Anything is possible given enough time/money, but I don't think that it would be worth it to try and graft a 450 cyl onto a 426 bottom end.
What are you going to use this bike for?
For MX, your our best bet is to get your cyl bored to 444cc's, add hotcams and a high compression piston. Then add a good Oxy. race fuel and properly tune the bike. Besides a custom reverse cone megaphone pipe, you're not going to make any more useable power than that.
Do a search for "444" and you'll find some good threads on this.
I am currently running a stock bore Hi-Comp piston with a 450 auto-decompressor cam and a modified thunder alley pipe. Works good enough for me.
