450 or 250?

hello guys, i want to get either a 450 or 250 dirtbike. they have to be 4 stroke. And i recently tried a yz 426 and it was hella fun! :nod: but one of my friends has an 07 suzuki 250 that is suppoesedly in good condition and bored out. and he wants maybe less than 1800. But if i don't get that i'm thinking of getting either a 450 or 250 honda. Good choice? Thanks.

i'm 5'8 and 120. I don't want to small of a bike because i am growing.i plan to do alot of woods riding and racing.i have a preference of either honda or kawasaki. i live in illinois and there really isn't a dealer around here. i am 16 and my skill level is like intermediate because i have many quads and am selling my yz80 which i have rode a lot

Honda CRF250X or Yamaha WR250...depending on how much money you plan on spending. Im not much of a Kawasaki believer, but they make the same type of bike. If your budget is limited and you dont want to spend alot of time and money on maintenance, you might try an older XR250.
