My first time on a 450 I thought it was too much bike. I soon got comfortable with the power. It is very easy to use the power of a 4t, I say go with the 450, you dont have to use all the power all the time but it is awsome feeling to get on a straight and run it through a couple of gears, makes me grin. :)
