I have an early 80's suzuki 80cc bike for my son. It has the oil injection tank up front. It ran well for a year, and then at the end of last summer, it started die-ing when it was put into gear. It is clutchless, and would idle fine, and continue idleing when placed into gear and while shfiting through them.

It now dies anytime it is placed in gear. I thought maybe the idle was low, but turning it up made no difference. It putters out and dies when placed into gear. It idles fine in nuetral and starts right up still.

Any ideas or help is appreciated, I'm not really sure where to go from here...not familiar with clutchless transmissions and how they work.

Thanks-
Paul
