the bike will not rev just bogs and lots of blue smoke carb is clean with a 270 main jet the gas is mixed 32-1 reeds are good put new plug in power vavle is moving the compresson is 120 with 3 kicks
it will start first kick now under load it will rev up if i do a brake burn it bog for a sec and revs out and the power band kicks in. i am lost here guys need help. i think it is getting way to much gas what can this be

the bike is in good shape or i wood not bother trying to fix it thanks for any help

Check the float (level, stuck, holes) :cool: Btw, 120 seems a little low.

i blew a hole in my tester :nod: i think the compression is good floats seem good

what size is the pilot jet? how far out is the air screw? My manuel says stock pilot is a 50 with 2 turns out on the air screw.

check the crank case oil- look at the level it might be burning it from a bad oil seal on the clutch side,
i think the compression is low- needs to be aroun 150,and up
