87 KDX 200 no spark

My KDX 200 has no spark.
There is 14v coming out of the magneto , going to the cdi unit, when i kick it over
There is 14v coming out of the cdi unit,going to the coil,when i kick it over.
The only thing i have noticed is the earth wire ,going to the coil, has the positive output from the cdi.
I have replaced the cdi-still the same,and now the coil-still the same.
ANY ideas???

Is the coil heart wire is connect when you take this read if not it is normal that you get voltage there. Let me know where you put your - and + lead when you take your reading. Do you get voltage to your spark cap ? Do you have voltage at the pickup coil ? Could be a bad ground connection.

I was getting that voltage at the coil wires,when the coil WASNT connected.
I had a bit more of a play this morning and i now have spark if i leave the earth wire of the coil,that goes to the cdi.

Now just to fix the kick starter spring and gear.
