90 cc 4-stroke Baja Dirt Runner

Does anyone know how to time a 90cc baja dirt runner from canadian tire. It has an overhead cam and i just can't seem to figure it out. Any suggestions would help greatly.

Should be pretty much the same as a Honda 50/70.
