I was just getting my 93 300 exc ready for riding today and noticed a crack on my left side fork right where the axle goes through by the pinch bolts... needless to say i didn't go riding today, so my question is- can a good aluminum welder fix this or do i need a new fork?
if so, does anyone happen to know if any later year forks will fit this thing, I couldn't find any on ebay and don't want to spend the cash for a new set. can i replace just the bottom part or the fork slider? is it hard to do this? thanks for all the help.
