How do I install the center valve?

I have the manual and understand how to do the left and right one's, but don't see where it says how to "phase" the center one?

I searched and found this thread, that shows the service manuals directions.......

look at the very last image in that post. The semi-circular cutout from the center valve will be facing down or "open" while the actuating rod is fully extended from the cylinder.
