I have a 94 kdx with a broken rear fender, i want to replace it with an mx rear fender, black or green doesnt matter. I used the search already but all i found info on was 95-02 kdx's. i found one thread that said i could use a '99 to 2002 KX 125/250 rear fender, i just wanna make sure before i buy one. someone please let me know. thanks

The one from fredette is actually for a 88-03 Kx500 and it doesn't fit very well. His site says that after you drill two holes it is a perfect but it isn't. It takes a little cutting and bending to get it to work and even then it doesn't fit very well around the seat. It can be made to work but it isn't the best.

I bought a UFO KX 500 rear fender from Dennis Kirk for my '89 KDX 200 and it fit almost perfect. Had to do a little trimming, maybe took me 5 min. to get it to fit. Looks tons better than the faded, flat-green Maier I had on it before. It cost $22 and fits 88-03 KX 500, and 88-89 KX 125 and 250's. Part #610020

i had to cut off all the fins and stuff off the rear fender and just make it a little more narrow. i started off using a razor blade but that wasn't working so i used a sawzall for most of it

Here's my 90 KDX with the UFO Rear MX Fender. I had to trim by the silencer & Reserve bottle with a die grinder. A whole whopping ten minutes. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. http://community.webshots.com/scripts/editPhotos.fcgi?action=viewall&albumID=95468957

That looks good mine wouldn't go far enough forward to get the 2 front bolts in. It needed to go forward another 1/2 inch. Maybe I just got a bad one?
