95 RMX250 Torque Specs for head/cylinder base?

My shop has the manual back order for about six mounths now and i need to get the proper torque Specs for head and cylinderbase for my 95 rmx?

I´ve tried a search but didn´t find the right info.

I have a 1996 RMX 250 and my manual says
cylinder head nuts-20 lbs
cylinder nuts 27.5lbs

My '89 manual says 26-29 ft-lb for the cylinder, 19-21.5 ft-lb for the head.

Rotor
