hi, i have a 1996 cr 250. i am riding along and the bike sounds really tinny and raspy as it should and it goes great. then 2 minutes later it sounds like a dt 125 and looses loads of power and there is no power in the top end of the rev range. it rides like a dt 125. i have heard it could be the exhaust valve. does anyone have a tutorial on removing and repairing the exhaust valve. please help. thanx, chris
