97 YZ Problem

Hey guys,
I've got a really aggrevating problem. My '97 YZ250 runs great while I am riding, but when I park it for 30 minutes or more, gas on or off, it fouls a plug as soon as I start it back up. As soon as I start it, within 5 seconds it fouls a plug. Does anybody know what is going on? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

i think it could be doing this because of too much 2 stroke oil or not enough. too lean or too rich

The float bowl could be sticking, and when you leave it, it just floods and fouls the plug.

sounds like it is too rich on the pilot, how many turns out is the air screw?? I had to drop my pilot from a 50 to a 45 to keep it from fouling.
