I can't speak for the PC I've never tried one on my 220. I have both FMF pipes, the KG-30 rev pipe and the KG-35 torque pipe. If you are looking for more power on the top and bottom end of your 220 then I'd personally recommend the rev pipe. The rev pipe will slightly improve the bottom end and significantly improve the mid to top end. The torque pipe delivers power much like the stock pipe at higher rpm when installed on a 220. Continuing to roll the throttle opened past about 85% produces more noise but not a meaningful amount of power. The rev pipe allows it to produce power well beyond the point the stock pipe falls flat.
Check out the JustKDX hop-up guide for more details on pipe selection.
I had the rev on my 2000 220 and absolutely loved it. I thought it had enough down low and just wanted more mid and top. It gave me all three anyway. ;)
