If you are looking for more power on the top and bottom end of your 220 then I'd personally recommend the rev pipe. The rev pipe will slightly improve the bottom end and significantly improve the mid to top end. The torque pipe delivers power much like the stock pipe at higher rpm when installed on a 220. Continuing to roll the throttle opened past about 85% produces more noise but not a meaningful amount of power.
