No I dont think that is happening...for example when going down a dirt road smooth and easy, the bike still wants to pull to the right, like it needs an alignment....

If the front wheel was off, the handelbars would just ride crooked and the tire would straighten itself out.
If your rear wheel doesn't have markings, use a ruler. Measure from some point on the axle to some point on the swingarm. Make sure that number is the same on both sides.
That is good, the bole has been sitting awhile and was rode awhile ago, I did notice the bars off slight, and I just wanted to make sure this is correctable.
Looks like I will be getting the kx for my arsenal.
Do a quick search. Don't limit the search to just "99 KX". Check the suspension forum as well. Rear wheel alignment and tweaked triple clamps can cause this problem. Easy fix and well covered in many threads.
