wanting some ideas on susp. set up for 99 rm 250
I weigh 250#(working on that problem) will be riding c or beginer class(haven't done this for some time)it has Gold valve susp.now
whatoil levels & wt.and spring rates would be recomended

im' 260 ( working on that also) and the charts recomend a .50 front 6.0 rear. the oil level only affects the last 1/3 of the stroke ( bottoming resistance).
