99 XR200 rear wheel swap

My son in law just purchased a 99 XR200 as his first play bike,however he is somewhat tall and the bike is somewhat short with the 17" rear wheel.Would anyone have any info on wether or not there are any other models with 18" or 19'" rear wheels that would be an easy swap,or any other suggestions on how we could make the bike taller so it would be easier for him to ride as he has already bought the bike and needs to get some use out of it? just buy a 18 rim and repace it with bigger spokes...alos if you buy 1984-1991 forks and mono shock you get 10 inches of shocks with dampening and compression settings, its a bolt on. it will raise the seat hight to 35.5 inches. if you ad an 18in wheel you should be at 36 in seat hight.
