The infamous Dr.Giggles has been said to have been spotted taking off in the Giggleplane and on his way to Stillwater, OK. He was reported to have been carrying a bag of steel hooks and an especially evil grin on his face.

Be on the look out for this man and do not, I repeat do not approach him. If you see him, cover your ass and run like the wind yelling, "There is a bigfoot behind you!!!!"
