i have a couple of questions. i have a 95 cr 250r. i looked everywhere and no oil is leaking. i need the front suspension to be harder. on the bottom of the forks it has a nut you can turn that says S--H and same with the top of the shocks. which ones do i adjust first? also on the top of the shock the is a little brass screw, some one told me to take it out it releases the air from the shock... any info would be great thanks

You should take the screw out to release air, air causes negative pressure, the top middle screw is you compression dampining, the bottom is your rebound, You can try to increases your compression and see if it gets stiffer for you generally you should have about 12 clicks to full hard, depending on where your at, If that doesn't help youll have to get stiffer springs
