aftermarket kdx shock

I've got an 87 kdx 200. My shock is past the point of rebuild w/o alot of $$$. I have found a shock that is 1/4 an inch shorter than stock. All mounting width's are the same.
Does anyone think I'll have a problem with this 1/4 inch, other than lowering the rear of the bike?

Anyone know of a place to get aftermarket shocks besides "Performance Works"?

It will work. Be sure you lower the front as much as the rear if you dont want to change the rake on the bike.

Ohlins makes shocks also!
