Air Filter Question

Anyone know if it would be okay to use a K and N Air filter cleaner and oil on a twin air filter. I have the kit that I use for my air filters in my car and truck and was wondering if it would be okay to use on my RM250 air filter.

I did a search and all I see is all the rants and raves about no-toil.

I am probably going to go out and get no-toil later but in the mean time I want to use up the k and n air filter kit.

Any suggestions or advice on it.

I have used K&N filter oil on foam filters with no ill effects. It's not as sticky as some of the made for foam filter oils but seems to work ok.

Just my $ .02

I've used it once( when I ran out of foam filter oil) It worked ok,just doen't SOAK it or it will run off and make a mess!! :nod:

Thanks guys. I will just skip the whole K and N Air Filter oil all together and buy some no-toil.
