Anti-freeze Coming Out!

Just put my nephew's '91 KX125 back together. Had the cylinder machined, new piston and ring, cleaned the power valves, rebuilt the water pump and put another head on (used).

Got the whole thing back together, torqued everything to specifications and it started in 2 kicks! I had it running for about 10 minutes when all of a sudden anti-freeze starts coming form the top somewhere! Checked the hoses and they are all all tight. Could the "used" head be distorted to the point that fluid just comes out at a substantial rate?

Hoping to get some ideas before I tear it all apart again.

I appreciate any advice.

Sounds like the head's warped. If it's not too bad, you might be able to get by using some copper gasket coating on the head gasket. But if the head is too much out of tolerance, you'll need to get it fixed by someone who knows what they're doing or get a new head.

Thanks

I appreciate the advice. That's pretty much the conclusion I came to.
