Any places to ride in southern/central VT ?

I live on the southern NH/VT border and was wondering if there were any VTers out there who know of any legal areas to ride.I have read that 100% of the registration ohrv fees go to maintaining snowmobile trails and there are currently no state run atv trail systems in VT.That's pretty sad as VT is a beautiful state.Hopefully the powers at be will change the current situation some day soon.
