I have had real good luck jetting wise with a stock 145 main after adding FMF rev pipe, airbox mod and raised needle second from top. I have Boysen reeds and they claim I need to lower main jet so I was wondering if anyone has gone that low with these mods? Ride temp is 70-90 degrees and I have no idea of sea level (Northern MI)

I know and understand about plug chops but I can't ride my bike around home at all (WFO down the street is a no-no) so I have to jet on the trail and that's not always possible if I have people waiting for me to pull the carb off.

Last summer I ran a 142 main and a 38 pilot with the same mod except with a torque pipe. Since then I had the carb bored so things have changed.

I have the same mods as you and this is what i have come up with.

I live in midwest Illinois And the jetting is stock with the clip 2nd from the top. Before I installed the reeds Jetting was leaner(142 main,40 pilot)after installing the reeds things were a little harder(finicky)but now am very happy with the 145 main and 42 pilot.

Hope this helps.
