Anyone heard about release date of CRF450?

The dealer convention is over, has anyone heard about the release of the CRF450? I was hoping it would come in 2 weeks early just like the CR250 and CR125.

According to the Honda web site it will be released in October but no exact date is given.

I heard from our local dealer October 9th.

Yeah, I have heard October 9 also, but the CR250 was supposed to be available on Sep 11 and was actually available on August 30. I have my fingers crossed!
