As srated by Collene Campbell,
her family was "relieved that finally we are headed toward justice."

Long overdue.

I thought they pulled him in months ago? Or maybe he was just charged? Or maybe my memory is slip-slidin' away?!!!

Goes to show, they are always working, and there is no statute of limitations on murder. :D

Lou I believe that when they brought Goodwin in a couple months ago it was just to question him. They supposebly have some new evidence and were able to bring about charges. Goodwin could be facing the death penalty for the murders. www.cyclenews.com has some more on the story, might want to take a look.

A little snippet from RacerX online:
from Mike Goodwin himself
According to the newspaper, Goodwin said the night before his arrest that he expected to be in jail by the weekend. He maintained his innocence. "I'm nervous. I wish I wasn't about to get arrested," Goodwin said. "But maybe this is the first step in getting this thing over with. It's impossible that I had a motive. There is substantial evidence that other people are involved."
