Believe I Slightly Broke My Exhaust Manifold ='[

The story:

Fell of my bike, broke the clutch perch, not the lever, and the exhaust came out of place. I started it up, and heard it leaking. My riding partner... :bang: ... decided to kick it back into place. After he did so, he took it completely off.

After riding back on open headers and checking it out after it cooled, I realized that the fitting was cracked, with half of it still in the headers.

What must have happened was that it was at an angle when it came off, just slightly off balance. When he kicked it, it continued in the wrong direction, allowing for the fitting to snap.

Here's some pics.

What do I do??

I was worried the piece was an attachment of the crankcase. I found the piece I need. What exactly is it called? Or if anyone has an 02 CR250R, what's the part number? Thanks!!

I'm on there now. In my manual, it's called the "exhaust pipe joint" but it's not called that on bikebandit. I'm still looking. Thanks for the site, it's awesome for oem parts.

Yeah, it's awesome for OEM parts but horrible for shipping/customer service. Myself and the majority of my riding buddies have all had so many issues with them sending us the wrong stuff/sending it back/getting back the wrong thing again/sending it back/sending us the partial order/waiting two weeks longer and finally getting the full order (no joke) that we have all just quit using them and paid a little extra to get the parts through our local dealers. During that escapade of them sending the wrong thing multiple times, I asked them to ship me the correct parts using some type of express shipping since I had a race coming up the next weekend and they told me that they would gladly ship me express for an extra 30 some odd dollars!!! I told 'Crash' (the customer rep) that I thought they should help out a little since this was their problem and he said they would gladly help by packing the product and shipping it express for that extra thirty some odd bucks. I'll never use them again...

I always use Motosport. They have OEM honda and some others as well. Great customer service and have always ship promptly and accurately to me.

Thanks for all the input guys! I thought it was going to be much worse and WAAAAY more expensive. It was about $30 for the joint pipe, $6 for the gasket, and about $7 for the o-ring.

The header is useable, that wasn't damaged, just dented. The pipe joint that screws into the exhaust manifold is not useable. It's in two pieces lol.
