Anybody have any experience with a good hitch carrier that will hold up to two bikes? Would like to be able to go down to one rack when needed. I have a F-150 and will soon have to carry 2 small ATV's (in the bed) and 1 sometimes 2 KDX's. Would rather not deal with a trailer. - Thanks

You'll probably have to deal with a trailer. I've never seen a 2 bike carrier, and most hitches are only rated for a 400 pound tongue weight. A pair of KDX's full of fluids is going to be much more than that, and hanging WAY off the back with lots of leverage. I'd much rather deal with a trailer.

I have seen small folding trailers advertised before. That would be your best bet.

My cousin has that Cabelas carrier. It's nice and sturdy, but kind of a pain because of the way the tires fit down into the rail. The pins are made to be a real tight fit over the rims, and with a fatter back tire than stock his pin won't fit. He said that now he would have prefered getting a rail trailer instead.
