There aren't really any rebuild kits. There are very few wear parts in a carb that need to be replaced. Generally, it's only the float valve, bowl gasket, and sometimes the choke assembly need to be replaced within a carbs lifetime. 3 parts hardly makes buying a kit worthwhile especially considering they rarely go bad all at once. Even if you do find a carb kit, they rarely come with jets because jetting varies by model and year.
You can, however, buy jet kits.
