Bike caddy/trailer

I used to have a great bike caddy that just stuck into my hitch.. was homemade from a steel rail and 2" square bar stock.. it was a monster. Anyway.. I sold it with my last bike years ago and was wondering what you guys are using or recommending? I see the aluminum caddys.. are they any good? I don't really want to get a trailer for one bike.

i have the alum. caddy from the GBay i think they sell the same on in dual if i remember right. the thing is great, ive taken my bike everywhere with it intil i sold the only car i had with a hitch. it also included a hitch clamp thing that takes all the slack out of the hitch. very nice
