Temp broke through freezing today :thumb: - so I took the KDX around for a quick spin. I parked it on my inclined driveway which basically keeps the bike vertical - no gas drainage.

After I brought it in my garage - I let it rest on the sidestand and noticed the overflow started drooling - then basically flowing.

Tapped the bowl - but it kept on flowing. If I right it - it stops.

I am assuming that the angle on the side stand is not severe enough to causes this. I must have knocked something out of whack when switching my jets.

Any suggestions?

i too had that problem after taking mine apart but what i did was install the float needle in wrong . there is ears on the float clip that needs to face away form where it pivots[flat on the other side] , i had installed facing in and the ears on the clip would not let the float pivot so far so it was peeing all the time . just make sure your clip is in the right direction before ya go messing with your float . :)
